Construction & Renovations Ltd. is a modern company
with a focus on how to adapt construction and renovation
practices to the changing needs of people and the world
around us. We are a general construction company which
provides design, construction management, and residential
construction and renovation services. We emphasize and
promote energy efficient products and designs that use
sustainable building materials and construction methods. We
are a member of the Canada Green Building Council and employ
an experienced, motivated and well trained workforce |
| We do not often
consider a small job as "too small". Our own
forces will perform demolition, concrete work, framing,
exterior and interior finishing, drainage work, landscaping,
fencing, siding and building envelope remediation. We employ
top quality sub-contractors to provide professional services
in roofing, stucco, plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Our
Construction Management and administrative services include
project feasibility studies, the preparation of technical
specifications, the administration of sub-trade tender
processes, contract document preparation and administration,
and construction project supervision. We provide
"in-house" design and drafting services to
streamline the preparation of plans and budgets. |

Our Key
Personnel Include:
Daryl Massey; with 24
years of trades and management experience which include
custom home design and construction, construction and
project management, tilt-up warehousing, industrial expansion,
tenant improvements
and building envelope remediation.
Ian Macdonald; is a
Graduate Building Technologist as recognized by the Applied
Science Technologists and Technicians of BC. He holds a
diploma from BCIT's Architecture and Building Engineering
Technology program and a Bachelor of Arts from the
University of British Columbia. He has 10 years of
trades, contracting, project management and estimating
experience and has built custom homes in Canada, Japan and
New Zealand.
Scott Lumby; is a
Journeyman Carpenter with inter-provincial Red Seal status
as a graduate of BCIT's Technology School of Construction.
He has 9 years of trades and supervisory experience in
new construction and building remediation. |

service foundation. We have a long working history in
